In the event that you are not satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of purchase. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a credit note, provided that the products are returned unused, and with the original packaging.
In the event a return does not meet the standards, Royalla Haus reserves the right to reject the return.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless deemed faulty.
Unfortunately, for hygiene purposes pierced earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
As we are are a small local business, all items are individually quality controlled prior to dispatch. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear, or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted.

Royalla Haus is not liable for the loss of any product being returned. To ensure your package is received we highly recommend that you return it using registered mail.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear (including traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant etc.) or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
You are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.
